SBBA Scholarship Application

Applications must be submitted online using the form below, must include all required documents, and be submitted by the due date to be eligible for consideration. Mailed or hand delivered documents will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The applicant must be a child or grandchild of an SBBA member in good standing for a minimum of three consecutive calendar years prior to the scholarship application. (This criterion does not apply to the Triton, Whittier or Boys and Girls Club scholarships.)

2. The applicant must have graduated in the same year as the application submission from a high school/secondary school with a GPA of at least 2.75.

3. The applicant must be planning on attending an eligible institution of higher learning, which includes a full term of study in an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational training school.

Applications will be automatically time stamped with the date submitted. Applications must be received electronically by May 1. Applications submitted after May 1 and incomplete applications are ineligible for consideration. Awardees will be notified of their selection prior to the SBBA Annual Meeting.
