Salisbury Beach Partnership Inc., a 501 c-3 non-profit, is pleased to announce "Sidewalk Sam" as its featured artist at this year's Sand and Sea Street Painting Festival on June 30 and July 1, 2012 at Salisbury Beach Center, Salisbury, MA
Robert Guillemin is "Sidewalk Sam", the popular artist dedicated to creating art at the feet of pedestrians to inspire, promote spirit, enrich daily life, and address social issues.Sidewalk Sam has been called the "Johnny Appleseed of Art" and a "Pavement Picasso". He has been featured on the "Today Show", "Good Morining America", "Evening Magazine", and "Real People" and in hundreds of newspaper articles from coast to coasts. The Sand and Sea street painting festival is free and open to artists of all abilities. Please join us as a spectator or paint your own masterpiece alongside this legendary artist. The application deadline to be an artist at this event is May 31, 2012.
